ETA under the direction of Martin Miedzowicz has been directing, developing, marketing, advertising, leading, and organizing racquet programs, events, and tournaments at private racquet clubs, commercial clubs, and public towns in Westchester NY for 7+ years.

Martin is the “face” of 1500+ racquet players combined on 4 different facilities and over 19 courts combined. Martin and his team are great at bringing natural energy by perfectly adapting teaching styles to different levels, ages, and circumstances; developing participants a passion for racquet sports; building and motivating teams; innovating programs; and partnering with Boards of Directors. 

Martin is aware of the importance of building a positive environment and a club culture that prioritizes member experience and ensures everyone the best positive and pleasant time when participating in the program. Being the best program partner and people leader is always Martin’s team goal whether it is achieved through program development and management; talent acquisitions; event promotion and execution; coaching, or court maintenance. Martin looks forward to sharing and building upon similar philosophies for success as the newest member of your team.
